Van Dusseldorp & Partners BV is an Amsterdam-based research and development company concentrating on European Internet strategies and policies. Van Dusseldorp & Partners provides research and analysis, pan-European data gathering, access to new media networks, as well as project management and organisation.

Research
Van Dusseldorp & Partners is specialised in pan-European data collection. Our main activities include pan European Internet research, often in the form of sector overviews. Databases that we have compiled include overviews of European web builders, online payment methods in different countries, e-commerce personalities, ISP's, classifieds solutions, consumer organisations focussed on e-commerce issues, broadband providers etc. We also provide assistance in writing strategic papers.

Broadband Landscape Europe Report

Broadband Internet access will spark a second Internet revolution throughout Europe. TV Meets the Web
Our TV Meets the Web business unit provides European companies and those interested in the European market with information and research on the latest Internet, broadcasting and media convergence developments. We monitor broadcasters' use of the Internet, the use of video online, the integration of PC functionalities within the TV set, and additional developments related to broadband infrastructures and content. We also organise the TV Meets the Web Seminar series.

Broadcasters, Internet start-ups, multimedia content developers, broadband and wireless infrastructure providers, hardware producers, regulators, consumer organisations and research institutions can become clients by joining our TV Meets the Web Corporate Network. Second Annual TV Meets the Web Seminar a Success
Approximately 230 people attended the Second Annual TV Meets the Web Seminar on Europe’s broadband landscape which was held May 18-19th in Amsterdam. Organised by Van Dusseldorp & Partners’ TV Meets the Web business unit, the Seminar was an important European industry event which brought together representatives of Internet, broadcasting and broadband communications companies actively positioning themselves for media convergence.

PR and organisation
Van Dusseldorp and Partners has built up a database of European journalists and publications in the field of new media and Internet. Our contacts include journalists, editors and press agencies, both from new media oriented publications, as well as from newspapers and magazines with new media sections. Relevant press releases can be distributed to this group. Project management tasks includes the organisation of IP Top, the secretariat of the Internet Advertising Bureau Europe and Netherlands, and organisation of seminars and events. 

Europemedia
Van Dusseldorp & Partners is one of the founders of EuropeMedia, a weekly news service covering online developments in Europe. The service offers a weekly overview and a free newsletter about the main developments in the field of Internet and online media in Europe.

European Internet Seminars Association
Monique van Dusseldorp is also the initiator of the European Internet Seminars Association, a non profit organisation that organises summerschools for graduate students on internet related topics. With the support of Isoc and the European Cultural Foundation, and in cooperation with the European Institute for the Media, Düsseldorf (DE), Programme in Comparative Media Law and Policy (PCMLP) of the University of Oxford (UK), Institute for Information, Telecommunication and Media Law (ITM) of the University of Münster (DE), Research Centre for Social Sciences (RCSS), University of Edinburgh (UK) and the Department of Screen Media, University of Siegen (DE).
